As part of IEEE Day 2025 celebrations, the IEEE Student Branch, Ramaiah Institute of Technology (RIT) organized an exciting technical event titled Code Heist: The Sprint Arena, aimed at enhancing problem-solving, teamwork, and coding skills among students.

The event was conducted offline at RIT and witnessed active participation from over 50 students across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd years. It comprised two competitive rounds blending fun and technical challenges designed to test participants’ analytical and logical thinking abilities.

In Round 1 – The Decode Marathon, students tackled tasks such as tech anagrams, cipher decoding (Caesar, Base64, substitution), debugging, and a tech-themed crossword. Round 2 – The Logic Arena featured Algorithm Pictionary, logic riddles, and math-based coding puzzles, where participants demonstrated both creativity and coding proficiency.

The event concluded with a high level of enthusiasm, rewarding the top three performing teams with exciting prizes. The collaborative spirit and intellectual energy showcased throughout the competition truly reflected the IEEE Day 2025 theme — Advancing Technology for Humanity.

Overall, Code Heist provided participants an engaging platform to learn, compete, and celebrate the essence of IEEE through innovation and teamwork.
