The celebration began with the Check-in and Opening Ceremony, where members gathered with excitement and energy to kick off the day. Following the opening, participants engaged in Team Building & Ice Breaking activities led by Dali Yengui, creating a fun and collaborative atmosphere. The sessions fostered new connections, teamwork, and mutual understanding among members, setting the tone for the day ahead.

A refreshing Coffee Break allowed participants to relax and network before diving into the educational part of the event.

Later in the morning, participants took part in a series of enriching Workshops and Training Sessions, each designed to develop vital skills and inspire personal growth:

• Mohamed Frikha – “The Path” Inspiring attendees to reflect on their personal and professional journeys. Through motivational storytelling, he shared valuable insights on setting goals, facing challenges, and embracing lifelong learning. The session encouraged everyone to shape their own path with confidence and resilience.

• Mohamed Ali Yengui – “Public Speaking”This interactive workshop focused on developing effective communication and presentation skills. Participants practiced expressing their thoughts clearly, managing stage presence, and overcoming public speaking anxiety. Mr. Yengui’s dynamic approach made the session both practical and empowering.

• Mr.Ahmed Ben Messaoud – “Teamwork in Professional Environments” Emphasizing the importance of collaboration in achieving success within any organization. • Red Crecscent – “First Aid Session (الإسعافات الأولية)” The Red Crescent team delivered a vital hands-on workshop that taught participants essential first aid techniques. Members practiced basic emergency responses, including treating wounds, handling fainting, and performing CPR, empowering everyone with life-saving knowledge and readiness.
