Embodied The True Essence Of IEEE | Advancing Technology for Humanity while Building Lasting Friendships and Professional Growth

It was with great enthusiasm that IEEE ENET’Com Student Branch celebrated IEEE Day 2025, marking another year of innovation, learning, and unity under the global IEEE theme of Leveraging Technology for a Better Tomorrow.

The celebration began with the Check-in and Opening Ceremony, where members gathered with excitement and energy to kick off the day. Following the opening, participants engaged in Team Building & Ice Breaking activities led by Dali Yengui, creating a fun and collaborative atmosphere. The sessions fostered new connections, teamwork, and mutual understanding among members, setting the tone for the day ahead.

A refreshing Coffee Break allowed participants to relax and network before diving into the educational part of the event.

Later in the morning, participants took part in a series of enriching Workshops and Training Sessions, each designed to develop vital skills and inspire personal growth:

  • Mohamed Amine Bouaziz – “From Idea to Action: How to Turn Your Ideas into Projects” In this engaging session, participants learned how to transform simple ideas into actionable, structured projects. Mr. Bouaziz guided them through the creative process—starting from problem identification to planning and execution—helping students realize that every innovative idea can become reality with the right approach and mindset.

  • Mohamed Frikha – “The Path” Inspiring attendees to reflect on their personal and professional journeys. Through motivational storytelling, he shared valuable insights on setting goals, facing challenges, and embracing lifelong learning. The session encouraged everyone to shape their own path with confidence and resilience.

  • Mohamed Ali Yengui – “Public Speaking”This interactive workshop focused on developing effective communication and presentation skills. Participants practiced expressing their thoughts clearly, managing stage presence, and overcoming public speaking anxiety. Mr. Yengui’s dynamic approach made the session both practical and empowering.

  • Mr.Ahmed Ben Messaoud – “Teamwork in Professional Environments” Emphasizing the importance of collaboration in achieving success within any organization. Through group exercises and discussions, attendees explored the dynamics of trust, leadership, and shared responsibility, gaining a deeper understanding of what makes an effective team.

  • Red Crecscent – “First Aid Session (الإسعافات الأولية)” The Red Crescent team delivered a vital hands-on workshop that taught participants essential first aid techniques. Members practiced basic emergency responses, including treating wounds, handling fainting, and performing CPR, empowering everyone with life-saving knowledge and readiness.

After a well-deserved Lunch Break, the excitement continued with the much-anticipated Treasure Hunt Game, a dynamic and interactive activity that combined teamwork, problem-solving, and fun. Participants collaborated to solve clues and complete challenges inspired by IEEE values, strengthening camaraderie and enthusiasm.

The celebration concluded with a heartfelt Closing Ceremony, where members, volunteers, and partners were appreciated for their efforts and engagement.

IEEE Day 2025 was more than a celebration — it was a day of connection, creativity, and shared purpose. Through inspiring workshops, team spirit, and joyful collaboration, our members embodied the true essence of IEEE: advancing technology for humanity while building lasting friendships and professional growth.
