The IEEE Student Branch at the University of Chile held a Board of Directors meeting to welcome the new Robotics and Automation Society (RAS) team, discuss sponsorship and funding strategies, and finalize preparations for IEEE Day (October 15). The Events Area was assigned to handle company outreach for sponsorships, and Wie’s participation in the event was confirmed, including three guest speakers. The team agreed to prepare recognition gifts and update the event schedule. Additionally, WIE requested the design of a personalized banner for future activities.
