The IEEE Student Branch at the University of Chile held a coordination meeting with webmasters from its technical chapters and affinity groups (ComSoc, RAS, WIE, and SIGHT). The objective was to establish unified guidelines for social media and printed materials to ensure brand consistency, communication efficiency, and collaborative workflows. Agreements included mandatory design approval before publication, use of collaborative posts, shared event content (teasers, schedules, live coverage, and photo drives), and coordination through a shared WhatsApp group. The meeting also addressed design and dissemination tasks for the IEEE Day 2025 event.
