Engineering with Empathy: An Agile Approach to Build Universal Project.
In celebration of IEEE Day 2025, the IEEE UPES Student Branch successfully conducted a technical session titled “Engineering with Empathy: An Agile Approach to Build Universal Project.”
The session was delivered by Mr. Sunil Kumar, Principal Agile Practitioner, Bank of America, USA. It focused on integrating empathy and agility in engineering to create inclusive, impactful, and universal solutions. Participants gained valuable insights into applying Agile principles with a human-centered mindset to build technologies that truly make a difference.
The event was held virtually via Microsoft Teams on 15th October 2025, from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST, and witnessed active participation from IEEE members and students of UPES.

for his unwavering commitment to accessible digital innovation. His work bridges the gap
between cutting-edge Agile methodologies and the urgent need for inclusive, user-centric
design in modern digital ecosystems.
