During this meeting, the organizing team discussed the final logistics and coordination for the upcoming IEEE Day Celebration. The agenda covered several important aspects, including the arrival timing of each Student Branch, the detailed activity plan, and the distribution of responsibilities among volunteers.

The team also reviewed printing materials (banners, surprise challenges and posters) and food arrangements for participants and guests. In addition, discussions included technical setup (sound system, projector, and internet connection), venue decoration, and registration management to ensure a smooth and professional flow of the event.

Final adjustments were also made to the agenda timing, speaker coordination, and photography/media coverage plan to highlight the best moments of the celebration.
