On the occasion of IEEE DAY 2025, the IEEE UAP SB in collaboration with the IEEE UAP SB WIE Affinity Group organized a “Workshop on Documentation Writing” aimed at enhancing the professional documentation skills of IEEE student members.

The session was led by Zinat Azim, Chairperson of IEEE UAP SB WIE Affinity Group. She delivered an engaging presentation emphasizing the importance of maintaining well-structured and professional records of branch activities. Zinat Azim covered various documentation aspects such as preparing detailed event reports for vTools, drafting effective social media captions for event promotions, writing hosting scripts, and developing competition rule books.

The workshop equipped participants with the knowledge and techniques needed to produce clear, professional, and credible documentation, which is essential for portraying the branch’s professionalism. The session ended with an interactive Q&A segment, allowing attendees to address their queries and gain further clarity.

This workshop played a vital role in improving the documentation standards within the student branch and affinity group, encouraging members to uphold IEEE’s values of professionalism and excellence.
