Enhancing National Logistics Performance
IEEE Technology and Engineering Management Society (TEMS) Malaysia Chapter is excited to invite you to a technical talk by our distinguished speaker, Dr. Soh Keng Lin (Senior Lecturer at Monash University Malaysia) on the topic:
Enhancing National Logistics Performance
Synopsis:
Container wait times, fuel wastage, and emissions remain persistent challenges at the depot–haulier interface. This study demonstrates that integration factors enhance depot service quality and, through hauliers, positively influence national logistics performance. The research model is grounded in stakeholder and agency theory.
