IEEE DAY CELEBRATION 2025: Debate - Does failure teach more than success?

Panimalar Engineering College in association with IEEE, IEEE Women in Engineering, IEEE Computer Society, IEEE VTS, IEEE SSIT, IEEE CAS, and Institutions Innovation Council (IIC) organized an event “IEEE DAY CELEBRATION 2025: Debate – Does Failure Teach More Than Success?” on 8th October 2025 from 6 PM to 7 PM (IST). The event was conducted virtually, with around 30 participants actively taking part. Students engaged in a thought-provoking debate exploring how failure and success shape learning, growth, and innovation. Participants presented well-reasoned arguments, demonstrating strong communication and critical thinking skills. The event was convened by Dr. S. Rajkumar, HOD/ECE, and coordinated by Mr. M. Arun, AP/ECE, along with student coordinators Taritha C. M., Bhavana Y., and Sivasakthee.
