HELLO FRIEND - An intro to cybersecurite
This workshop is a comprehensive beginner-level experience designed to introduce participants to the fundamentals of cybersecurity and ethical hacking. It's starts with basic cybersecurity concepts, including understanding cyber threats, protecting data, and staying safe online. The workshop then transitions into Capture The Flag (CTF) challenges, which are practical, gamified exercises allowing attendees to solve cybersecurity puzzles and tasks that simulate real-world hacking scenarios. Finally, it offers hands-on ethical hacking practice, teaching participants how to ethically identify vulnerabilities in systems to improve security. This combination equips learners with foundational knowledge, practical problem-solving skills in CTFs, and a beginner's experience in ethical hacking techniques for defensive and offensive cybersecurity roles. The workshop is well suited for those new to cybersecurity who want to gain interactive, applied knowledge in a guided environment.
