As part of the IEEE Day 2025 celebrations, a Free Dental Camp was organized on 11th October 2025 at Kode Venkatadri Chowdary Sports Complex from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The initiative aimed to promote oral health awareness, encourage preventive care, and provide free dental consultation services to the community.

Objective

The objective of the event was to:

• Promote awareness about oral hygiene and preventive dental care among the public.

• Provide free consultation and diagnosis by qualified dental professionals.

• Encourage participants to understand the importance of oral health as a part of overall

  well-being.

Organizers and Registration

The camp was conducted under the banner of IEEE Student Branch , IES and WIE of VNRVJIET as a social outreach activity, aligning with IEEE’s vision of “Advancing Technology for Humanity.” Participants registered online through the link https://forms.gle/fBh6Rr4owzehxbw16, ensuring smooth coordination and organized participation.

Pre-Camp Guidelines

To ensure accurate diagnosis and efficient service, participants were advised to:

• Rinse their mouth thoroughly after breakfast.

• Avoid taking dental medication before attending the camp.

• Bring any previous X-rays or dental records for reference.

  Consultation and Activities

  The consultation session was led by Dr. Phani Praneetha, who offered free dental check-ups, diagnosis, and professional advice. The camp covered various aspects of dental health, including:
