TECH TALK ON 5G USECASES
The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering successfully organized a TechTalk on the topic “5G Use Cases” on 11th October 2025, delivered by Dr. K. Krishna Naik, a distinguished expert in the field of communication technologies.
The session was designed to enhance students’ understanding of next-generation wireless technologies, focusing on how 5G is transforming industries and society. Dr. Naik provided valuable insights into various applications of 5G, including smart cities, autonomous vehicles, remote healthcare, Industrial IoT, augmented and virtual reality, and ultra-reliable low latency communications.
The event witnessed an enthusiastic participation of 150 students, who actively interacted during the Q&A session, gaining a clear understanding of the practical implementations and future opportunities in 5G technology.
The session proved to be highly informative and inspiring, motivating students to explore emerging technologies and their impact on the digital future.
