The KLH Internal Smart India Hackathon 2025 is a university-level innovation challenge organized by the IEEE Student Branch, KL University Bachupally KLEFB-STB60227179 . This event provides a platform for students to ideate, design, and prototype technology-driven solutions addressing real-world problems. The internal round aims to identify and nurture the most promising projects and teams that will represent KLH at the national Smart India Hackathon.

Participants will collaborate in teams to develop creative solutions across various domains, guided by mentors and evaluated by an expert panel.   • Team Registration & Problem Statement Allocation
    Participants confirm their teams and receive assigned problem statements.

  • Hackathon Begins (Coding & Prototyping Round)
    Teams start designing, developing, and building innovative solutions.

  • Mentoring & Review Sessions
    Experts and mentors interact with teams to guide solution refinement.

  • Mid-Evaluation Round
    Preliminary evaluation to assess progress and innovation direction.

  • Final Presentation & Demonstration
    Teams present their final prototypes and explain implementation details to the judging panel.

  • Judging & Result Declaration
    Evaluation based on creativity, feasibility, technical implementation, and presentation.
