Young ICT Explorers is an exciting ICT competition for school students in Queensland. Students work in groups to complete their ICT projects with the possibility of winning great prizes.

The first Annual Young ICT Explorers competition on the 7th of August 2010 was a fantastic success, with 176 students from over 20 schools participating and 140 students presenting more than 60 projects at the judging event. Teachers, parents, volunteers and organisers were delighted with the talent and creativity of the projects.

Queensland GOLD contributed to the event by volunteering judges, and are looking forward to continuing their contributions to this event in future.
