The events aims at increasing the participation of students and professionals in EDS. It consists of a technical talk on modeling the MOS transistor for high frequency applications, celebrating the 100 years of the field effect transistor, followed by a talk on the benefits of being a member of IEEE in general and of EDS in particular. A couple of workshops dealing with EDS topics will close the meet.
