The IEEE Signal Processing Society (SPS), in collaboration IEEE ACEI R10 organized a workshop Ignite Your Potential (IYP), at Nawab Shah Alam Khan Collage Of Engineering And Technology, G-Block-Seminar Hall, Malakpet, Hyderabad, on 10^th September, 2025. The Ignite Your Potential” Workshop was a highly engaging and motivational session led by Mr. Mustafa Ali Sameer, focusing on vision building, SMART goal setting, and mindset development. The workshop encouraged participants to reflect on their personal goals and transform their aspirations into actionable plans.

Students appreciated the speaker’s practical approach and relatable examples, which made complex ideas about focus, belief, and clarity easy to grasp. The NLP-based exercises and interactive discussions helped attendees build confidence and overcome self-doubt.

Overall, the session left a strong impression by inspiring students to think beyond motivation — to take concrete steps toward personal growth and success.
