Planning Meeting #1
The IEEE SIGHT UTN group is convening this crucial Strategic Planning Session to align the rest of the day's actions around its flagship project, Technology Without Barriers 2. This meeting will focus on two pillars: detailing the project's procedures and next operational steps, including the development, testing, and implementation phases of inclusive technological solutions; and conducting a comprehensive review of the funding received, discussing its strategic distribution to ensure the acquisition of materials, field logistics, and proper budget management, with the goal of optimizing the execution of tasks by each subgroup and guaranteeing compliance with established milestones.
