The IEEE Women in Engineering (WiE) Boise Section is hosting an interactive professional
development webinar featuring Namitha Somasundaram, Product Engineering Manager,
Micron Inc. The session, titled “Beyond the Degree: Preparing for Success in the Professional
World,” aims to inspire students and early-career professionals to bridge the gap between
academic preparation and industry readiness.
The event will include:
● A short talk by the speaker on transitioning from student to professional life
● An interactive reflection session with live audience engagement
