Large Language Models in Cancer Genomics
Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT and Gemini are revolutionizing how languages are analyzed and processed. LLMs are capable of integrating multimodal inputs like audio, images, video, and texts. LLMs are now being applied in other fields, including cancer research. A large amount of diverse data is generated in cancer research. In this talk I will explore how LLMs can be used to process Multi-omics data to discover novel pathways involved in cancer and how it can be used for new targets for cancer therapy.
