This presentation will focus on Spare Parts Management.  The format will be Q&A.  You will be challenged to think more deeply about the Questions that need to be asked.  And an array of possible answers will help you think about new approaches to manage spare parts in ways that are right for you.

The session will be presented by Graham Lee, General Manager of Unique Tooling and John Allen, a Director of Horizon Inventory.

Graham is the IET Honorary Treasurer and has an extensive background in manufacturing and service businesses where he has been both a user and a provider of breakdown and service parts across many industries including aeronautical, rail, material handling (forklifts) and building construction.  Graham’s focus is on translating business strategy into best practices; maximising operational benefits.
