IEEE Day by State University of Maringá (UEM). Counted with approximately 45 participants and was responsible for a significant membership growth in the student branch.  As a result, SB UEM was able to officialize his Computer Science chapter. The event was held in Maringá, Paraná, Brazil at the first week of october in the IEEE Day period.
