Event Overview:
Although we, IEEE MU EMBS, have already organized several activities in the past, this event aims to broaden our student base, increase the number of registered members, and strengthen awareness of EMBS among students from engineering, medicine, pharmacy, information technology, and health sciences. It also highlights how medicine and engineering come together to connect technology with human well-being

Event Segments
1. Registration and Welcome Booth Opening: (10:30 - 11:00 AM)
Participants will be welcomed at the EMBS registration booth, where they will receive event materials and the agenda of the event.
Objective: Provide attendees with a first impression of EMBS and create an inviting atmoshpere to start the event.
2. Opening Talks: (11:00 - 11:50 AM)
The opening talks will mark the official start of the IEE MU EMBS Chapter launch day. It features welcoming remarks and insightful talks from distinguished speakers representing Mutah University, Jordan Section, IEEE MU Student Branch and IEEE MU EMBS Chapter, as following:
3. Boothes Exhibition: (12:00 - 1:30 PM)
The exhibition area features interactive booths that introduce students to IEEE and EMBS focus areas, alongside partner organizations supporting innovation and student development. Each booth aims to engage attendees through demonstrations, discussions, and networking opportunities that bridge technology and healthcare. As follows:

4. Closing and Networking: (1:30- 2:00 PM)
The event concludes with closing remarks thanking attendees, volunteers, and partners for their contribution to the launch’s success.
This session also allowed students and professors to network, share feedback, and discuss potential collaborations for upcoming EMBS activities.
Objective: Strengthen connections between participants and build momentum for future events.
