IEEE EMC-S RO no 4/2025 Distinguished Lecturer, Prof. Shiban Koul
The IEEE Electromagnetic Compatibility Society Romania Chapter, in collaboration with the IEEE EMC Poland Chapter, and the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca (Faculty of Electrical Engineering – NUMELEC Research Center), organized the IEEE EMC Society 2025 Distinguished Lecturer presentation delivered by Prof. Shiban Kishen Koul, from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, India.
The lecture, titled “Transmission Lines for High-Speed / High-Frequency Integrated Circuits”, was held in person at the HUB UTCN, 3 George Barițiu Street, Cluj-Napoca, Romania, on October 14th, 2025, between 16:00 – 18:00.
The event gathered IEEE EMC members, faculty staff, researchers, and students interested in high-frequency circuit design, signal integrity, and electromagnetic compatibility.
The initiative strengthened the collaboration between the Romania and Poland EMC Chapters, supporting the IEEE EMC Society’s global Distinguished Lecturer program.
