IEEE Day 2025
The IEEE Student Branch University of West Attica (IEEE SB UniWA) proudly organises IEEE Day 2025, a one-day event dedicated to the IEEE Organisation and celebration of its values.
The event aims to connect students and professors to the IEEE Organisation and present them with ways to engage and participate.
We will be presenting the IEEE Organisation as well as our Student Branch. Attendees will have the opportunity to get to know our members, activities, scientific groups, and projects. We welcome everyone to join us and get involved with advancing technology for humanity.

Evelyn
Opening and Closing
As head of event planning and hostess of IEEE Day 2025, Evelyn will be introducing the event, its purpose, and the organisation. She will also be announcing the speakers and the flow of the itinerary. She will also close the event with a closing speech, inviting everyone, students and teachers to join IEEE and IEEE SB UniWA.
Biography:
Biomedical engineering student with a degree in Neuroscience. Acting IEEE SB UniWA Vice Chair, and Head of Event Planning, with previous experience in Model United Nations conferences, and an internship background in the World Health Organisation in the Pharmacovigilance team.

Biography:
Student at the University of West Attica, currently pursuing a degree in Informatics and Computer Engineering at the Polytechnic School of Engineering, which includes an integrated Master’s. Passionate about software development, with key interests in .NET (C#), mobile application development (Android Studio), and Artificial Intelligence. Elected Chair of IEEE SB UniWA. Previously contributed to the branch by helping organize events and leading technical activities, including a unit testing project for student assignments and presenting a workshop on Git and GitHub fundamentals.

With hands-on experience in labs and clinical settings, she has developed strong practical skills and a passion for innovation.
