How AI Will Redefine Work in the Next Decade
Artificial Intelligence is poised to trigger the most significant workforce transformation since the dot-com boom. This keynote focuses on dual transformation: while most companies are implementing AI to augment their workforce, we must also prepare for the complete automation of entire job categories. This change will not only reshape internal roles but also trigger a massive realignment of global outsourcing as automated systems become more capable and cost-effective. This disruption has the potential to provide a foundational increase in national productivity while simultaneously contributing to widening the wealth gap. This session will provide an engineer and AI startup founder’s perspective on how we can build, harness, and lead in this new era of work.
