On September 13, 2025, the ECE Department hosted a workshop on Analog VLSI Design, led
by industry expert Mr. Saptarshi Pani, Analog Engineer at Texas Instruments. Supported by
IEEE-CEDA Bangalore section, the event drew 60 enthusiastic students who gained valuable
insights into theoretical and practical aspects of analog design through a mix of lectures and
hands-on problem-solving sessions.

The workshop covered both theoretical aspects of analog design and practical problem-solving
exercises, giving students a balanced view of concepts and applications. Mr. Pani guided the
participants through core topics in analog circuit design while also sharing insights from his
professional experience. Students actively took part in the discussions and exercises, gaining a
clearer understanding of analog VLSI fundamentals.
