Localized Senior Member Elevation Support Symposium
This project aims to increase Senior Member promotions through Mentorship Assistance Plan, Standardized Application Training, and Industry leaders Collaboration, aiming to increase the success rate of Members' promotion to Senior Members. By leveraging local section resources and cross-regional collaboration, this project targets on addressing the difficulty in preparing the " significant performance " materials and providing structured guidance to meet IEEE’s criteria.
Xian Section, together with the Wuhan Section and the Hong Kong Section, will discuss measures to increase the number of members and enhance their professional development. Through inter Section linkage, we can drive the enthusiasm of section activities and attract more outstanding talents to join IEEE. And integrate the resources of the three branches to provide assistance in improving the professional level of local members
