From Route 138, head north on Upper College Road. This is the main entrance to the URI Campus. There is visitor permit parking behind the Higgins Welcome Center. Parking Lot, circled #1 on the map. $6 Day Pass at <uri.aimsparking.com>. Day Pass not valid in metered spaces. If you continue north on Upper College Road, the giant glass building on the left side is Fascitelli. Room 045 is in the basement and on the opposite side of the building from Upper College Road.
Closer to Fascitelli, there is metered parking at 95 Upper College Rd, circled #5. Also, nearby metered parking at the Fine Arts Lot, circled #6. Find a metered parking space and then pay at https://aimsmobilepay.com [The online map is annoying. I suggest that you drag the map to the intersection of US Route 1 and RI Route 138 west. Then drag the map west until the metered spaces on the URI Campus light up.] There is also an AMP Park app. $1.75 per hour. You have to enter your license plate number in addition to your payment.
