Submitted Speakers and volunteers, Please join this exciting event. During the meeting, attendees will have the opportunity to meet their Co-Chairs, confirm their speaker or volunteer engagement, and receive their role assignments for both the planning phase and the event days.
You are encouraged to join in person (recommended) for the best collaboration experience. If in-person attendance is not possible, virtual participation is also available. Please contact your Co-Chairs in advance if you are unable to attend, so your role and participation can be confirmed.

The meeting will be held in Sinegal Building 100/101 a large hall, where you will be seated with your Co-Chairs and teammates—an excellent opportunity to connect, collaborate, and prepare together.
