At the planning meeting for the WIE block for IEEE Day (scheduled for October 15th from 12:00 to 1:30 pm in room B04), a conversation with three prominent women in STEM fields, particularly those related to energy and engineering, was scheduled. The goal is to reflect on their professional experiences and highlight the importance of having female role models in traditionally male-dominated sectors. It was agreed to send a collaborative Google Docs document with the names and positions of the speakers so that participants can submit questions. Additionally, the possibility of offering a coffee break after the conversation will be considered, and bottled water will be provided for the guests. Among the logistical aspects, it was noted that banners for each area, **semi-formal attire is optional**, and that each participant should bring their own lunch. Specific tasks will be assigned, including confirming attendance and assisting with setup, preparing certificates and gift bags (containing IEEE items and sweets) for the speakers, and assigning microphone and chair arrangements.

The confirmed guests are Andrea Vásquez (Public Administrator, Ministry of Energy, expert in equitable access to energy and energy poverty), Dasla Pando (former Webmaster of WIE, former Chair of PES, and Electrical Civil Engineer from the University of Chile), and Natalia Sandcast (Electrical Civil Engineer from the University of Chile, Commercial Operations Developer at Suncast). General and specific questions were proposed for the speakers, such as their career paths and experiences in the technology sector. Finally, it was suggested that WIE be included in student newsletters to strengthen its visibility within the university community.
