Dear IEEE Kitchener-Waterloo Section Members :

On behalf of the IEEE Kitchener-Waterloo Section, we are pleased to welcome you to the 2025 IEEE Kitchener-Waterloo Section Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Dinner event. This year’s AGM is a great opportunity to get together with friends and celebrate the achievements of the Kitchener-Waterloo Section, made possible by its dedicated volunteers and members.

Fee:

• $10 for  IEEE student members
• $25 for IEEE members.
• Fee for one guest for IEEE ExeCom members is $10

Dress code is elegant casual—online registration deadline: 11:59 p.m., November 23, 2025.
