Celebrating IEEE Day 2025, this event delivered targeted professional development and networking opportunities for the IEEE community in Minas Gerais. It fostered strategic collaboration between the IEEE Young Professionals (YP) Affinity Group, the Minas Gerais Section, an industry representative, and academia (Universidade Federal de São João Del Rei).

Held over two days (October 11th-12th) to accommodate the comprehensive schedule, the program featured multiple high-value training sessions to meet diverse member needs. Workshops included technical software training on OriginPro (data management and graphics) and Tinkercad, project management using Trello, and a course on Academic Writing.

A highlight of the event was the keynote lecture, "Da graduação ao Doutorado: Trajetória de uma pesquisadora no mercado de trabalho" (From Graduation to Doctorate: A Researcher's Journey in the Job Market), presented by Sofia Falco. The event's core goal was to directly boost volunteer engagement and satisfaction by providing a platform for recognition and interaction with senior IEEE leadership.
