IEEE DAY CELEBRATIONS 2025
The IEEE Student Branch of GNI proudly celebrated IEEE Day 2025, honoring IEEE’s global mission of “Advancing Technology for Humanity.” The event brought together students, faculty, and dignitaries to commemorate the contributions of IEEE and its members toward innovation, leadership, and collaboration.
The celebration began with an inspiring inaugural session, followed by the unveiling of IEEE foam boards representing various IEEE societies at GNITC. Office bearers were formally recognized with ID cards, and members received IEEE badges as symbols of their active participation.
The event concluded with a spirit of enthusiasm and unity, strengthening the vision of IEEE to inspire innovation and empower the next generation of technologists.

The celebration commenced with an inspiring inaugural ceremony featuring a soulful rendition of Vande Mataram, followed by addresses from esteemed dignitaries including Dr. Geeta Tripathi, Dr. Ravindra Changala, Dr. Rishi Sayal, Dr. S. Sreenatha Reddy, and Mr. Arun Singh Kaurav. Their words highlighted the importance of IEEE in fostering innovation, leadership, and collaboration among students. The event continued with the unveiling of specially designed IEEE foam boards representing various societies of GNIT and GNITC, symbolizing unity and the dynamic spirit of the IEEE community. This was followed by a recognition segment where ID cards were presented to the newly appointed office bearers and badges were distributed to all IEEE student members, marking their active involvement in the branch. The celebration concluded with a photo session, networking interactions, and a vote of thanks, leaving participants inspired and motivated to carry forward the mission of IEEE.
