Esther (Wagaki) of Ementoring Africa

Topic:

Gender Based Violence

Biography:

As I grow in my career, I am increasingly drawn to the power of mentorship — especially during life’s transitions. I believe in mentorship that walks with people through change, uncertainty, and new beginnings.

Through eMentoring Africa, we have supported youth and young professionals across the region with mentorship, coaching, and skills programs focused on personal growth, employability, and wellbeing. I also lead WEMA (Work Experience and Mentorship Academy), where graduates gain real-world skills and mentorship through a “learn-work-earn” model.

More recently, I have been working one-on-one with individuals navigating transitions — whether shifting careers, approaching retirement, or simply figuring out what’s next. I offer personalized mentorship to help people reflect, reset, and move forward with clarity.

At heart, I’m a mentor, a listener, and a guide. If you’re in transition — or support those who are — let’s talk about the RESET MENTORSHIP PROGRAM.
