Closing Ceremony - Arrival'25
The Closing Ceremony of ARRIVAL’25 marked the grand conclusion of the three-day technical fest, celebrating innovation, creativity, and collaboration. The ceremony brought together participants, mentors, and faculty members in a vibrant atmosphere filled with appreciation and pride. Winners from various events — including Coding Face-Off, Cyber Session, Mesh Minds, Capture the Flag, Wikipedia Race, Cryptic Quest, and the flagship Innovate with NVIDIA Hackathon — were honored for their remarkable performances and problem-solving excellence.
The Prize and Certificate Distribution Ceremony was the highlight of the evening, where the top-performing teams and individuals were felicitated by faculty coordinators and event heads. Certificates of merit were awarded to all winners and runner-ups, while appreciation certificates were presented to participants and volunteers for their active involvement and teamwork. The air was filled with applause and excitement as participants celebrated their achievements and the spirit of ARRIVAL’25.
ARRIVAL’25 witnessed over 300 participants across all its events, reflecting the incredible enthusiasm and engagement of the JUIT student community. The flagship Innovate with NVIDIA Hackathon alone saw participation from over 170 students, making it one of the largest and most competitive technical events of the fest. The ceremony concluded with heartfelt closing remarks from the organizing committee, who praised the dedication, creativity, and spirit of collaboration demonstrated throughout the event. ARRIVAL’25 stood as a testament to the innovation and passion of JUIT students — leaving behind a legacy of teamwork, learning, and unforgettable memories.
