The Baltic IES SYP meetup will focus on cross-border collaboration among members of the IEEE IES Estonian, Finnish, and Polish Sections. The event aims to balance technical learning with soft-skills development, encouraging knowledge-sharing, active engagement, and a deeper appreciation of the value of IES membership. A central goal is to strengthen cooperation between student chapters across the Baltic region.
