Biography:
Eric Hartman is Senior Associate Director at UK Innovate at the University of Kentucky. Hartman works with startups and entrepreneurs in the areas of ideation, lean startup principles, company formation, strategic planning, and early stage dilutive and non-dilutive funding. Hartman is dedicated to growing a vibrant Kentucky startup ecosystem. Hartman was previously co-founder and President of customKYnetics, Inc., a medical device startup company developing novel rehabilitation technologies for the Physical Therapy market. Hartman received the Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering and Biomedical Engineering, respectively, from the University of Kentucky.
