The Renewable Energy Workshop is an academic activity designed to introduce participants to the fundamental principles and importance of clean energy sources such as solar and wind power. During the session, basic concepts, current applications, and the role these technologies play in the global energy transition will be explored.

The workshop will be led by Sofía Palomino Jaraba, who is conducting it as part of her final project in support of IEEE PES Universidad del Norte. This activity aims to promote interest in sustainable energy solutions and motivate the university community to get involved in initiatives with environmental impact.

The event will take place on November 21, from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., in El Bambú 1.
