Mentoring for Global Impact
On 23rd October 2025, The IEEE Hamdard University Islamabad Student Branch successfully organized the IEEE Mentoring Meet 2025, an event aimed at strengthening academia–industry collaboration and supporting student professional growth. The program featured mentoring sessions, an open house exhibition, MoU signings with industry partners, and a membership development segment, with both in-person and virtual participation. Leading organizations from the technology, telecom, healthcare, and innovation sectors engaged with students, offering valuable insights into industry expectations and emerging trends. Participants benefited from one-on-one guidance from experienced professionals, helping refine career goals and skill development pathways. The Open House Exhibition allowed students to showcase projects and receive feedback, while MoU signings created opportunities for future internships, joint research, and training. The Membership Development Session further boosted IEEE awareness and engagement on campus. Overall, the event reinforced IEEE’s role in empowering young professionals and nurturing strong industry linkages within the Region 10 community.
