Let's have a IEEE Xmas Party

You and your guests are very kindly invited for a luncheon on December 20, 2025 from 11:30-2:00pm at Indian restaurant, Raj Palace, at 37116 Six Mile Rd, Livonia, MI 48152.

This event is being jointly organized by IEEE SEM and IEEE LAG.

It is identified as a IEEE Student Global Mentoring Initiative (GMI) in-person event. IEEE students will be encouraged to attend. The registration and lunch for all the attendees and students is free. 

Please register on vTools. The registration is free. However in order to have a headcount, please RSVP by December 13, 2025. The program will include -

1. Welcome by IEEE SEM Chair, Sharan Kalwani
2. A brief talk by Tomy Sebastian - IEEE Foundation Director
3. Meet and greet IEEE Fellows
4. Meet and greet special guests 
5. A very brief Xmas singing program
6. A cake cutting

You are also welcome in the participation of the entertainment program if you so like. Please come prepared.

Please register for your guests also to have a proper headcount.
