In this two-day workshop, participants were introduced to the foundations of Social Intelligence and its practical applications in analyzing online conversations.

Day 1: Concepts & Deep Understanding
We explored what Social Intelligence is, how digital noise differs from real signals, and how modern monitoring and analysis systems work. Participants learned how data from everyday online interactions can be transformed into meaningful insights that support decision-making.

Day 2: Hands-On Practice
Attendees practiced monitoring online conversations in real time, building simple dashboards, and connecting insights to real decisions. The session focused on practical skills that help students understand trends, audience behavior, and how data can guide smarter actions.

The workshop aimed to empower students with the ability to interpret social data, understand people’s digital behavior, and make informed decisions using data-driven insights.
