Introduction to Crosslight TCAD and advanced 3D simulation for semiconductor optoelectronic devices
Crosslight TCAD has been at the forefront of physics-based semiconductor device simulation for over three decades, enabling researchers and industry engineers to design, optimize, and understand complex electronic and optoelectronic structures. In this talk, Michel Lestrade, V.P. Operation of Crosslight Software, will present an overview of the Crosslight TCAD product suite and its advanced capabilities for 2D and 3D device modeling. The presentation will highlight workflows for simulating key optoelectronic devices, including laser diodes, LEDs, photodetectors, avalanche and single-photon detectors, and advanced CMOS and power devices.
