IEEE President Dr. Kathleen Kramer and IEEE San Diego Sections ExCom will visit Qualcomm where Dr. Kramer will give a talk discussing about IEEE, the value of its membership for industry and many other relevant topics. A reception will follow the talk where local IEEE leadership will interact with Qualcomm's employees to share knowledge and experience.

**Note: Only IEEE San Diego Section's ExCom members and Qualcomm Employees are allowed to attend this event. The eligibility may be verified at the reception.
