IoT & Embedded Systems Workshop | 10 December 2025
The IEEE Vehicular Technology Society Student Branch Chapter (SBC11697B) at GITAM University – Bengaluru is organizing a full-day IoT & Embedded Systems Workshop on 10th December 2025. The event is designed to provide students with hands-on exposure to IoT programming, embedded systems, and smart mobility applications through guided practical sessions and team-based activities.
Participants will learn fundamentals of Arduino and ESP32, sensor integration, motor control, and IoT communication concepts. Following the technical sessions, students will work in teams to build IoT-based mobility prototypes aligned with real-world problem statements under the guidance of mentors. A panel of jury members will evaluate the projects based on innovation, implementation quality, and problem understanding.
The workshop aims to enhance experiential learning, promote innovation, and introduce students to IEEE and IEEE VTS domains. All participants will receive certificates, and top-performing teams will be recognized during the closing ceremony.
