Lecture Title: Meter data management - Unlocking Insights Beyond Electricity Meter Data

Speaker Bio: Mr. Akhil Girhotra works as Global head of Presales Architect in Grid Software business unit of Siemens. Mr. Akhil is based in Thailand. He holds a Masters in Computer Application and Masters in Business Administration and has 17 years experience in Digitalization consulting, and Enterprise Software architecture in Utilities. Before moving to Presales, he was involved in large scale Advanced Metering Infrastructure projects for utilities in Europe and Southeast Asia, leading Solution Architecture practice for Meter Data Management and AMI Analytics.

As Presales lead, he has been instrumental is supporting utilities in defining their Smart Grid Roadmaps to achieve smooth digital rollout. Akhil participates and speaks in Smart Grid events and is a lifetime Associate member of India Energy Forum. During his free time, he loves to play badminton and travel.
