The handover meetings of the IEEE WIE Student Branch Affinity Group will be conducted online to ensure a smooth and effective transition between the outgoing and incoming leadership teams. These meetings will include the transfer of responsibilities, an overview of completed and ongoing WIE initiatives and events, sharing of official documents and digital resources, and discussion of best practices and lessons learned. Strategic recommendations, upcoming activities, and collaboration opportunities with other IEEE groups will also be addressed, followed by dedicated Q&A sessions to ensure continuity and clarity for the incoming officers.
