The handover meetings of the IEEE RAS Student Branch Chapter will be conducted online to ensure a smooth and effective transition between the outgoing and incoming executive teams. These meetings will cover the transfer of responsibilities, review of completed and ongoing administrative, financial, and technical activities, and sharing of official documents, digital tools, and platform access. Discussions will also include lessons learned, challenges faced, upcoming robotics and automation initiatives, and strategic recommendations. Each session will include a Q&A segment to ensure clarity, continuity, and effective operations for the incoming leadership team.
