The OITS International Conference on Information Technology (OCIT 2025) is a premier international forum for high-quality research and innovation in the field of Information Technology. OCIT 2025 is jointly organized by the Orissa Information Technology Society (OITS) and KIIT Deemed to be University, India. The conference aims to bring together researchers, academicians, industry professionals, developers, and practitioners from across the globe to present, discuss, and exchange ideas on recent advances, research outcomes, and practical applications in information technology.

The conference invites original, unpublished, and high-quality research contributions in the areas of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Deep Learning, Data Science, Networking and Information Security, Sequential, Parallel, Distributed and Cloud Computing, Multimedia, Signal Processing and Embedded Systems, and Power Systems, Smart Grid, and Internet of Things.

The technical program of OCIT 2025 includes peer-reviewed paper presentations, keynote addresses, plenary talks, invited lectures, technical sessions, special sessions, expert panel discussions, pre-conference tutorials, research demo sessions (RDS), and a Student Research Forum (SRF). Several Best Paper Awards will be presented to recognize outstanding research contributions.

All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review process. Manuscripts must be prepared in English using the IEEE double-column conference format with a maximum length of six pages. OCIT follows a strict no-show policy; accepted papers must be registered and presented, failing which they will be removed from the proceedings. The conference proceedings will be published by IEEE (Conference Record #66168) in accordance with IEEE standards.
