The IEEE Electron Devices Society (EDS) Malaysia Chapter, in collaboration with MIMOS, is pleased to invite you to the IEEE EDS Distinguished Lecture Mini Colloquium 2025. This half-day technical colloquium will feature distinguished experts who will share leading-edge insights in electronic device reliability, advanced photovoltaic technologies, and RF CMOS development.

The event will be held on 16 December 2025, at the MIMOS BDA Lab, Level 2, from 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. It is open to all IEEE and non-IEEE members, offering a valuable opportunity for knowledge exchange, networking, and engagement with the engineering and research community.
