IAS Mentoring Week 3.0
IAS Mentoring Week 3.0 is a week-long mentoring and professional development initiative organized by the IEEE IAS ENET’Com Student Branch Chapter. The program is designed to support IEEE members through structured knowledge sharing, skill development, and career-oriented guidance aligned with IEEE IAS objectives.
The event features a series of online mentoring sessions covering both technical skills and essential soft skills, including leadership, communication, teamwork, career planning, and industry readiness. These sessions are delivered by experienced professionals, IEEE IAS leaders, and domain experts.
The program culminates in an in-person mentoring day, bringing together students, industry experts, and IEEE IAS leaders through interactive round table discussions and open exchanges. This final activity aims to foster direct engagement, experience sharing, and personalized mentorship, while strengthening connections between academia, industry, and the IEEE IAS community.
